As she put is, “My wise friend said, ‘That’s because love comes from the same well.’ I thought that’s a really wonderful thing to say. Albert and I both felt like we have a lot of love still left to give and felt very fortunate we found someone to give it to. However, from time to time, Lisa will see one of Patrick’s movies come across the television, bringing her back to memories of him.

“Here and there, it kind of catches me unaware and I always have my favorite parts,” she recalled. “I always cry in the same three places in Ghost. I always love him falling out of the back of the airplane in Point Break, going, ‘Adios, amigo,’ because that’s him. That’s so quintessential Patrick.”

Lisa even hears Patrick in her thoughts from time to time, encouraging her as he once had.

“His voice is in my head. He comments on what I’m doing,” the One Last Dance actress confessed. “When I need a bolstering up or something’s going on, I can ask him in my head, and I hear exactly what he’s saying, which is generally, ‘Come on, girl, get real.'”
These days, Lisa is honoring the Powder Blue star’s memory by becoming an advocate for the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.

“I still care and I know how tough Patrick’s and my journey was with this,” she told host Hoda Kotb. “Cancer may have taken him, but it didn’t beat him. And I’m continuing his fight for him.” Patrick was also vocal about their love for one another. Four years before his death, he reflected on the key to a successful marriage with Lisa after 30 years.

“I suppose it’s about keeping love alive, learning how to fall in love over and over again, not taking each other for granted, forgiveness, trust,” he shared in 2005, per the Daily Mail.
“Whatever it is, it works for us.”

[10/15, 22:27] SKILL INDA: Walker Scobell
Born on January 5, 2009 · Los Angeles, California, USA. Born into a military family, Walker has lived all over from sunny California to the mountains of Colorado. Walker learned to love acting in elementary school drama class and through his wonderful experience in a middle school play. After a trip to California, he decided to pursue a career in acting and started working on his craft right then and there. Walker has always done everything he can to make people laugh and developed quite the imagination – going so far as to surprise everyone on a class trip by suddenly emerging in a full Spider-Man costume! A huge fan of superhero movies, his favorites include Deadpool and Avengers: Endgame. When he isn’t performing, Walker takes great joy in
some of the more extreme sports such as snowboarding, skateboarding, and parkour!
Scobell is currently near Vancouver, Canada, working on the Disney+ series “Percy Jackson & The Olympians.” He plays the title character. “When you film a movie, they usually take a lot of time for each scene and only do a scene or two a day,” Scobell said. “With TV, it’s usually at least two or three scenes a day. But with ‘Percy Jackson,’ they are shooting it like a movie, like eight 45-minute movies.” Filming started in June and will likely continue until early 2024, according to TV Line.

“Walker Scobell is an incredibly talented young man who blew us away with his audition tapes for the role of Percy,” Rick Riordan, author of the best-selling “Percy Jackson” novels and executive producer of the series, wrote on his website. “It was obvious to me and the rest of the team that Walker had the perfect mix of comedic timing, sweetness, rebelliousness, snark and
heroism to embody our hero Percy Jackson.” The 13-year-old is known for his breakout role in well-reviewed sci-fi movie The Adam Project, which hit Netflix last month. The film is Scobell’s first big-screen acting gig, and he was selected out of 376 kids who auditioned for the role.

Aside from acting credits, he’s an avid skateboarder and skier and a huge Deadpool fan. Sitting beside Ryan Reynolds in a Today interview, Scobell admitted he’s seen the movie “a couple hundred” times. “He can recite every syllable of either movie, he can just go,” Reynolds added. “Even those crappy expositional lines that no one remembers, he knows every single one of them.”
